A snack you will love! Get the autumnal crunch with our simple recipe. Ingredients:

• 50g buckwheat flour
• 20g Amino Mix @schalkmuehle
• 70g sesame seeds
• 70g pumpkin seeds @schalkmuehle
• 70g sunflower seeds @schalkmuehle
• 50g rolled oats
• 1 tsp salt
• 50 ml olive oil
• 150 ml hot water

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
2. Roll out the mixture thinly between two sheets of film.
3. Bake at 160°C convection for approx. 1 hour.
4. While still warm, cut or break into the desired shape.
