• 40g Organic & Raw Chia Seeds
• 240 ml water
• 250 g buckwheat flour
• 50 g Organic & Raw Sunflower Seed Protein Powder
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 160 ml water
• 60 ml oil (camelina oil)
• 20 g Organic & Raw Pumpkin Seeds
• 30 g Organic & Raw Sunflower Seeds

Preparation

1. Mix the chia seeds with the 240 ml water and let soak for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
3. Mix buckwheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Then add water, oil, chia seed mixture, and pumpkin seeds. Stir briefly.
4. Pour the batter into the pan and distribute sunflower seeds on top.
5. Bake the bread for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes (perform a toothpick test). Then let cool and enjoy.
