Banana Chia Bowl:
- 1 banana
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 30 g organic chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp organic flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Honey to taste
Granola:
- 2 tbsp organic pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 2 tbsp organic sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp organic hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp organic flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Also for decoration
- half a banana
- 1 tbsp organic hemp seed spread with cocoa
Preparation
- Blend the banana and almond milk in a blender until creamy.
- Add chia seeds (if you don’t like the texture of chia pudding, simply blend them with the banana and milk), flaxseeds, hemp seeds, raisins, cinnamon, and honey. Stir everything again and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Prepare the granola: Mix all ingredients together and sauté for a few minutes.
- Finally, top with half a banana, add the granola, and refine with a spoonful of hemp seed spread with cocoa.
