Our organic runner beans originate from Austrian organic farming and are known for their large, striking shape and their robust, typically nutty flavor.

They are an integral part of regional cuisine and are particularly well-suited for classic dishes, salads, or as a hearty side dish. Their stable texture and intense aroma add substance and character to any plate.

Preparation requires some time – but it is well worth it: It is best to soak the beans in water overnight, then rinse them and slowly cook them in fresh water until they have reached the desired consistency.
