Our organic mountain lentils are a reliable choice for traditional cuisine. Their robust flavor and slightly firm structure make them the ideal base for hearty dishes.

These small legumes perfectly complement a protein-rich diet and are easy to prepare: simply soak the mountain lentils in water for approx. 3 hours (or overnight) and then simmer in fresh water.

They are particularly well-suited for stews and soups, providing a balanced consistency. At the same time, they provide plant-based protein and can be easily integrated into a conscious, balanced diet.
